Force Lift [Telekinetic] (New)
You use the Force to jettison a creature upward. Time: Standard Action. Target: One target within 6 squares and in your line of sight.
Make a Use the Force Check. If the result equals or exceeds the target’s Fortitude Defense, the target is pushed up 4 squares into the air. At the start of the target’s next turn, it falls back to the ground and receives falling damage (along with being knocked prone).
DC 15: The target is instead pushed up 6 squares into the air.
DC 20: As DC 15, except the target is pushed up 8 squares into the air.
DC 25: As DC 15, except the target is pushed up 10 squares into the air.
DC 30: As DC 15, except the target is pushed up 12 squares into the air.
Force: When you successfully push the target up into the air with this power, you may spend a Force Point to have the target remain in the air until the start of your next turn. During this time, the target is flat-footed and receives a -5 penalty to attack rolls.
Improved Force Lift [Force Technique] (New)
You may instead affect all adjacent targets with your Force whirlwind.
