Dominate Mind [Dark Side, Mind-Affecting] (New)
You use the Force to subjugate the minds of others, amplifying whatever negative emotions that exist in them. Time: Standard action. Target: One Intelligence 3 or higher creature in your line of sight and within 12 squares of you
Make a Use the Force Check. If the result equals or exceeds the target’s Will Defense, you may choose one of the following effects:
—You amplify the target’s pain, doubling any condition track penalties that it suffers from until the end of your next turn.
—You force the target to attack itself, or an ally within range, with a held weapon as a reaction, adding your Charisma bonus to the attack roll and damage.
—You instill anger and hatred in your target, causing it to gain a Dark Side point and act as if it were under the effects of the dark rage power until the end of your next turn. Your Use the Force check with Dominate Mind determines the effects of the dark rage. Creatures with no Dark Side points are immune to this effect.
—You make an otherwise unpalatable suggestion seem completely reasonable to the target. You must be able to communicate with the target, and the suggestion can obviously threaten the target’s life. Unlike Mind Trick, the target is aware of the manipulation after it carries out your suggestion.
Force: When you activate dominate mind, you may spend a Force Point to extend the duration of the effect until the end of your second turn, or you may have the target be unaware of your manipulations when you make a suggestion
Improved Dominate Mind [Force Technique] (Revised)
When you successfully affect a creature with dominate mind, it suffers a -4 penalty to its Will Defense until the end of your next turn.

Alternatively, when you successfully affect a creature whose level is lower than yours with dominate mind, you may spend a Destiny Point to turn it into your thrall for the duration of the encounter (or for 10 minutes outside of an encounter).
