Cryokinesis (Revised)
You siphon the heat from a creature or object with the Force. Time: Standard Action. Target: One target within 6 squares and within line of sight.
Make a Use the Force Check. If the check result equals or exceeds the target’s Fortitude Defense, it takes cold damage depending upon the check result. If this damage would cause the target to move down along the condition track, the target is also Immobilized and Vulnerable until the end of your next turn. Against objects, this damage ignores all DR.
DC 20: The target takes 2d8 points of cold damage.
DC 25: As DC 20, except the cold damage increases to 3d8.
DC 30: As DC 20, except the cold damage increases to 4d8.
DC 35: As DC 20, except the cold damage increases to 5d8.
Force: When you activate this power, you can spend a Force Point to instead affect all targets within a 6-square cone.
Improved Cryokinesis [Force Technique] (Revised)
Creatures affected by your cryokinesis also take a -4 penalty to their Dexterity until the end of your next turn.
